Доллар опустился до минимумов с апреля 2018 года против корзины из шести других резервных валют. Впервые с мая 2018 года хедж-фонды перешли в чистый шорт по американской валюте, что выступает сигналом продолжения нисходящей тенденции, сообщает Bloomberg.
