XRP Cryptocurrency Gains User Adoption with XRP Tip Bot and Coil Payment Donation Tools

One of the most popular virtual currencies, XRP continues to expand with developments not only from Ripple, but also from other third-party companies. One of the latest positive things for XRP is related to the approval of the Tip Bot by Apple and Google app stores. Other important things that XRP experienced in the last months are related to the xRapid product and the Q3 financial report.

Ripple is trying to find its position in the cross-border digital payment industry. This market is currently owned by SWIFT and other less known and inefficient systems that help financial institutions send and receive funds from different countries.

Because of the latest developments that are taking place in the Ripple space, a report conducted by Lennard Neo Picolo Research indicated that the intrinsic value of XRP should be $1.75. That means that XRP would have to increase more than 280% from where it sits now to reach such a value.

Nevertheless, the cryptocurrency needs to work even harder to decentralize even more the network. Although it has made important progress, Ripple should continue focusing on this issue.

A few days ago, 21,000 XRP was donated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital using Tip Bot and Coil. Tip Bot was created by the independent XRP developer Wietse Wind, who has other projects for the near future. The donations were gathered in just 4 months and the goal is to reach 25,000 XRP.

However, that’s not all for Ripple and XRP. The Canadian cryptocurrency exchange platform CoinField, launched has pegged XRP as the main base currency. The exchange is now offering 20 pairs against XRP.

The decision was taken because XRP offers quick transactions, small transaction fees and reliability.

CoinField CEO, Babak Bob Ras, said:

“In a very short amount of time, XRP has proven itself to be one of the most reliable and most cost-efficient blockchain networks in the industry.”

Other fiat currencies featured at the exchange are US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen and Canadian Dollar.

XRP currently has a market capitalization of $18 billion dollars. It is also the third largest virtual currency after Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC).
