KuCoin Exchange (KCS/USD) is opening the KuCoin Meta Office in the Bloktopia Skyscraper on March 8. It will contain some key sections of the KuCoin exchange and give users access to the instruments and asset lists on offer in the future, Invezz learned from a press release.

Office is a metaverse iteration of the exchange

The office is designed as a metaverse iteration of KuCoin to provide users with broader access to instruments and the ability to fast-track virtual solution adoption. KuCoin expects the office to be fully operational starting today, March 8, after concluding a cooperation agreement with Blocktopia in November 2021.

A breathtaking new venue

The new office will fascinate visitors with stunning views from the majestic skyscraper and offer a splendid, fully-immersive metaverse experience. The first virtual office in the history of the crypto industry will serve as a fascinating new venue for social and interactive communication services.

It will also act as a gateway to different sections of the exchange. These include the NFT marketplace, KuCoin Roadmap, trading floor, live AMA, and more.

Fostering adoption of virtual venues

KuCoin believes its new office will foster greater adoption of virtual venues and serve to solidify community engagement and togetherness with view to the rapid adoption and development of metaverse environments.

The team finds the opening of KuCoin Meta Office in Blocktopia will further its overall strategy of market penetration. To this end, KuCoin launched the Metaverse Trading Board in September 2021. Johnny Lyu, CEO of KuCoin commented:

KuCoin to celebrate with $300K BLOK launch

KuCoin will celebrate the opening of the Meta Office by introducing staking and trading in BLOK, the native token of the Bloktopia project. These campaigns will be worth $300,000 in the token.

Exchange launched $100M metaverse fund

The KuCoin Meta Office highlights KuCoin’s additional efforts to popularize the metaverse. These include the November 2021 launch of the $100 million KuCoin Metaverse Fund to empower the development of the metaverse.
