Tezos XTZ/USD is a blockchain network based on smart contracts, one which aims to offer an infrastructure that is more advanced and can evolve and improve over time without endangering itself through a hard fork.

On August 24, the digital asset firm known as Crypto Finance AG and Swiss Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction bank InCore announced the launch of a new tokenization tool, one based on Tezos.  

These companies have developed a new Tezos token standard for asset tokenization built on the Tezos F2A standard, a multi-asset interface for Tezos that allows developers to invent token types.

Through the usage of the Tezos FA2, Inacta developed the DAR-1 token standard. This standard aims to unlock new smart contracts-enabled functions with the intention of supporting financial markets, such as anti-money laundering (AML) regulation mechanisms and assert governance. 

InCore Bank even announced an upcoming launch of institutional-grade storage, staking, and trading services for Tezos (XTZ).

On August 24, Tezos (XTZ) was worth $4.30.

To get a better perspective of what kind of value this actually is, we will need to look at its all-time high value as well as its performance in July.

When it comes to it’s all-time high value, it was at $8.27 and occurred on May 7. This made it 92% higher in value at the time.

In terms of its performance in July, its lowest point was on July 20, with a value of $2.10. Its highest point was on July 31, with a value of $3.09. This number tells us that the value rose by 47% throughout that span of time.

Still, even at its highest point on July 31, on August 24, it’s still 40% higher in value.

In the last 24 hours, Tezos (XTZ) saw an increase in its trading volume by 280% and a boost to its market cap by 5%. This signals steady growth for the token and an increase in its blockchain activity.

With the Crypto Finance AG and InCore launch, and all future plans associated with the Tezos blockchain, it has a lot of potential for growth.

With all of this in mind, and if Tezos (XTZ) keeps up with this climb of value, we could see it reach $5.80 by the end of September. This makes Tezos a worthwhile investment.
