Krouwels’ talk at TNW2019 discusses how both founders and investors can close the gap in funding for female-led startups.  According to Pitchbook, only 1. 6 percent of investment money went to female-founded startups from 2010  to 2018. Just 6. 8 percent of invested money went to diverse teams — meaning over 90 percent of every euro invested went to only male-led startups.
