Binance has announced a new Fan club program – a redesigned version built on Binance’s previous Fan Token engagement program. The earlier program was initially released in October 2021. Since then, it’s been offering opportunities for sports fans to get more actively and interactively engaged with their favorite teams. These include voting on prize types that fans can win, converting tickets into NFTs, and voting for players of the month. Currently, there are more than 130,000 participants.
The new program offers more perks and deploys additional ways for fans to engage with their favorite sports team. It functions as a rewards redemption system that allows fans to collect points for earning rewards and unlocking exclusive experiences, including VIP tickets, personalized video clips, and dinners with players.
Following the Fan Club program relaunch, Lisa He, Head of NFT and Fan Token at Binance, commented: “Fan Tokens are the future of fan engagement and today marks the start of a new program for sports fans to create memories that last a lifetime. Upon joining the program, participants can claim a free ‘Fan Club pass’ badge and start collecting Star points which they can redeem later for earning rewards. Gathering Star points requires completing simple tasks, such as being active in voting polls and learning about the Fan tokens. More Star points will help fans earn more exclusive benefits.
