Stellar (XLM)  has been trying to stabilize after a rough couple of days, and the latest developments in the ecosystem couldn’t arrive at a more interesting time. 

A major push for cross-chain payments is forming, and Stellar is right in the center of it. Solana, TON, Polygon, and Stellar announced a new Blockchain Payments Consortium aimed at fixing fragmentation in global stablecoin transfers.

It’s a big deal for a market valued at $20 trillion on-chain last year. Furthermore, the partnership of Stellar with the United Nations is still expanding in an attempt to help stimulate the introduction of blockchain-driven financial tools in developing regions. Long-term prospects seem quite solid.

Analyst Ali is watching the TD Sequential indicator closely on the daily timeframe. It has just flashed a buy signal for the XLM price, something that often appears near trend exhaustion. 

The suggestion here is that Stellar may be close to a local bottom. However, the TD doesn’t guarantee immediate upside. In fact, more often than not, price action likes to dip just a little lower to shake out weak hands before reversing properly. 

The last candle structure shows hesitation and uncertainty, reflecting a market searching for direction after heavy selling pressure.

The Stellar price recent decline cut through multiple support levels without much resistance. The argument now is whether the current area can act as the final floor before buyers regain control. 

Momentum indicators are still recovering from oversold conditions, and there isn’t a clear bullish follow-through yet. Chart watchers want to see the next few daily candles confirm strength above this zone. 

Failing to do so could push the Stellar price back into the lower range it just climbed out of. That would delay any upside scenario and extend consolidation into November.

There’s no question that Stellar’s fundamentals are improving. Real institutions are testing its tech. Payment networks are forming. Humanitarian use cases are expanding. 

For patient believers, these shifts are meaningful. But the market still trades on emotion and timing. So even with a buy signal flashing, the XLM price may have one more dip to complete its reset.

If that dip holds support and buyers show up again, this could be remembered as the period when Stellar quietly set up its next major move.
