CoinGecko has published its new ranking of the most popular cryptocurrencies, with a combination of low-cap and high-cap tokens attracting high interest in the market. It includes both old staples and newcomers, with tokens such as Bittensor ($TAO), Toncoin ($TON), and Pepe ($PEPE) amongst the leaders.

FUNToken ($FUN) had the highest 7-day gain in terms of the leading trending coins with a gain of 38.0% and a daily trading summation of $110.7 million. Plume ($PLUME) and Useless Coin ($USELESS) were also red hot this week, gaining 46.1% and 89.4%, respectively. Pudgy Penguins ($PENGU), an NFT brand-related project, has experienced a price increase of 35.9% and a large trading volume of $282.6 million.

Pepe ($PEPE) remained in the position with a market cap of $4.1billion and a 7-day profit of 4.4%. Bonk ($BONK) also kept trending up, rising 32.6% last week and the highest daily volume on the tracked meme coins with $633.7 million.

Toncoin ($TON) and Bittensor ($TAO) were among the biggest market cap assets with moderate losses. With the biggest market capitalization of $6.7 billion, $TON lost 3.1%. $TAO, whose market cap grew to $2.9 billion, also faced a minimal 0.8% weekly slump. In the meantime, Hyperliquid ($HYPE) recorded an increase of 6.1% and is valued at $39.37, with a daily volume of about 192.0 million.

Sei ($SEI), with a market cap of $1.4billion, experienced the price decline of 8.1 % last week. The token remains traded, with the daily trade volume amounting to $124.2 million.
