Theia Cross-Blockchain Wallet Announces Beta Test and Bitcoin Support

The world’s first cross-chain wallet Theia Wallet announced the new 1.0 version beta test that also supports Bitcoin (BTC). The wallet is also a user-directed Initial Coin Offering (ICO) launch platform. Offering services as a multi crypto asset digital wallet, it can be used as a traffic portal and provide solutions for ecological landing apps and user assets management.

It is important to mention that the Theia Wallet is based on Wanchain cross-chain technology. Furthermore, the product already supports different tokens that are issued by Wanchain and Ethereum. In the future, the wallet could be connected with more blockchains and not only Wanchain and Ethereum.

At the same time, the wallet will also support digital assets that have been launched in the Wanchain ecosystem. It will also be possible for users to make cross chain digital transactions using the wallet’s platform.

Cross chain processes are very complex processes that require nodes to have independent verification abilities. The cross chain transaction process in Wanchain’s mechanism provides the proof rather than being a single entity. Wanchain is able to deploy consensus integrating cryptographically secure multi-party computing and thresholding mechanisms. Participants have to take part in the calculation to generate the private and public keys that lock the accounts.

The private key is distributed in ever locked account management node and it participates in the account control process. This is powered via a multi-party computing system specifically designed for performing this task.

Jin Huayue said on the matter:

As a developer who is enthusiastic about technology, we should continue to improve and expand the functionality of this technology and explore more possibility.”

According to Huayue, Theia wants to achieve the circulation of digital assets, virtual goods, physical asset warrants and more. Additionally, the company wants to serve the global production, consumption and trade field widely.
