Switcheo opens poll to choose stablecoin for its exchange

On December 17, a decentralized exchange Switcheo announced its decision to launch a stablecoin (USD) base pairing. However the exchange’s team has decided to offer only one stablecoin base pairing per blockchain in order to reduce confusion for users.

The Switcheo team has reviewed the available stablecoins on the Ethereum blockchain, nominated 5 possibilities and opened a poll for the community to vote on their favorite stablecoin to be used as a base pairing on Switcheo.

The available choices are: Dai (DAI), Gemini Dollar (GUSD), Paxos Standard Token (PAX), TrueUSD (TUSD) and USD Coin (USDC).

Voting is open from December 17 till December 24, 18:00 SGT (UTC+8). The voting form is available here: Switcheo Voting.
