Stratis Identity App For Blockchain-based Verification Launches On iOS

Recently, the Stratis blockchain platform launched the Stratis Identity app for devices that run on Apple’s iOS operating system. The Stratis blockchain is developed using the C# programming language and is based on .Net framework. Using the newly released app, users can access both individual and corporate identity management competencies of the Stratis blockchain.

Fundamentally, the primary role of the Stratis Identity app is to provide its users with a platform through which they can store their unique identity on an unalterable blockchain and share such information with other users on the network. Besides immutability, the application allows the user to restrict access to their personal data. Typically, a member’s profile contains details such as their email address, username, title, and so on.

According to Stratis’ CEO, Chris Trew, simplicity is vital in the campaign for mass adoption of blockchain technology. Chris added that the Stratis Identity app offers a straightforward means of verifying the identity of social media users, mainly because it seamlessly integrates with existing platforms such as Microsoft, Google or LinkedIn. After the verification process is complete, the user can distribute their profile without leaking confidential details.
