U.S. SEC Messed Up in Handling Contentious Crypto Accounting Bulletin: GAO

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was out of bounds when it issued its controversial "Staff Accounting Bulletin 121," according to the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
