New Topanga Canyon, California Resort Property Is Up For Sale, Bitcoin Payment Only

2018-11-8 12:36

When it comes to real estate, some believe that there is a “crypto real estate boom” taking place because a few homeowners are offering to sell their homes for cryptocurrency – or fiat currency. In any event, there is currently a California property up for sale whereby the owner is accepting cryptocurrency as payment. Specifically, the home is being offered for $2.9 million USD or bitcoin.

The property is encroached in an enclave of oak trees and is located a few minutes from Malibu, beaches, and hiking trials. The town in which the property is located in is called Topanga and it is recognized for its farmer’s markets, earth day celebrations, and other quintessential elements.

In addition to being featured on traditional real estate resources, the home is also listed on Bitcoin Real Estate. The listing largely contains the same information and wording that presents the home as a cottage situated in trees “above a quiet meandering spring.”
