Craig Wright knows how to make noise around himself and his products, even if those products are unworthy of the hype or the claims about himself (such as calling himself the real Satoshi) are false.

He wrote a Medium post about the intentions of the creation of Bitcoin, in which he says:

“Bitcoin was never designed to help an anonymous money-transfer system, and I was always opposed to those seeking to operate outside the law. I do not like Wikileaks, and I have never been a fan of Assange's methods. More importantly, I am strongly opposed to criminal markets and bucket shops. Ross Ulbricht and others like him are criminals. They are not freedom fighters, they are not libertarians. They simply are predators, and they are all that Bitcoin was designed to make far more difficult.”

He claims that he purposefully designed the Bitcoin blockchain in such a way as to allow it to be traced, leading directly to the demise of enterprises such as the Silk Road. Rather, Wright maintains that in fact Bitcoin's design was made with the very banks that the original proponents of crypto, seemed so solemnly set out to replace.

However, Wikileaks did not take the criticisms lightly and lashed back at Wright.

Wikileaks has had an impeccable record with no false reporting until now, which can not be said for most of the media publications around the world.

Also, the fact that no one outside the American establishment and Neo-Con bubble dislikes Wikileaks speaks volumes for Dr. Craig’s stance. He hit back at Wikileaks with a series of Tweets.

Wright seems to be speaking in platitudes without providing any evidence for his claims. There is absolutely no evidence that Wikileaks has reported anything false till now, in fact, the contrary is true. Everything that Wikileaks has published is verified to be true. Of course, the establishment doesn’t like this since a lot of their secrets of doing shady stuff had become public knowledge.

Wright took his bitterness to a whole new level when he dug up Wikileaks Tweets that was made in 2014.

Just the fact that Dr. Wright said that nothing good has come out of Wikileaks should disqualify his statements.
