Qubic Will Be Able to Power Movement Of All Cryptos, IOTA Foundation Affirms

Eric Hop, from the IOTA Foundation, has recently updated the media about the Qubic project, which has already been in the works for some time. He was asked during an interview if the users will be able to use the Ethereum virtual machine with Abra, a functional programming language. The answer was that Qubic already had plans to ensure that it could move any crypto in the world.

During the interview, Hop was also asked about how the transference of assets will work and if there is a chance that the signatures will be verifiable by oracles using the blockchain of the original currency that was transferred.

Hop’s answer was that the act of transferring the funds would not make any harm to the already existing chains and assets, as they would be moved by using their own chains instead of the outside one. At the moment, it is not clear how the company will be able to do it, however.

Much of the information about Qubic is already not public, so this is normal for the time being, as it looks like the company will still take some time to implement the technology.

The IOTA community seems to support the decisions and updates of the company, as usual. As seen on Reddit, there were many users that were very happy about the announcement that Eric Hop made.

While most of the users were happy, some of them were not so much. A small but prominent part of the users seemed concerned about how the Qubic projects are lacking details and the upgrades are being very sparse. Because of this, there is a solid concern in the community.

According to one user on Reddit, it can be highly frustrating how there is a lack of information about the project. The user stated that he does not understand at all how Qubic works and that concerns him a bit. According to him, the IOTA Foundation keeps making promises but simply does not explain how it intends to fulfill any of them.

The community is organizing an Ask Me Anything on Reddit to be made on Tuesday, fortunately. This way, the community will be always allowed to ask questions about updates and to understand better how the project will work. The managers of the company believe that will happen to make the company’s actions more transparent to its community.
