Crypto.com is an exchange mobile app. It saw a greatly increasing community and interest over the past few years. Their marketing in most major sports (now including famous Staples Center stadium where Los Angeles Lakers plays), F1 sponsorships, and ads with Matt Damon in them all allowed them to be on the world stage. Today we will talk about how to transfer your coins from crypto.com to Coinbase.

The first stop we will open up our app. You can see the main dashboard here, in order to start we will click the “transfer” button at the top, under the total balance.

After you click transfer, you will see the options. Since we are taking our money out of crypto.com and moving it to Coinbase, we will pick the “withdraw” button.

Since we are talking about crypto transfers today, we will be clicking on the crypto button to start our crypto transfer.

Crypto.com has inside app crypto movements as well from different places inside, but today we are moving it to Coinbase so we will be picking the “external wallet” option.

Here you will see all the addresses that you whitelisted before. If you haven’t added your Coinbase beforehand, click on the “+” side at the top right corner to add it.

Here we will be starting the process of adding our Coinbase wallet address to the whitelist. Pick the “wallet address” button to start.

In order to add the address, first, you will need to choose which coin you want to withdraw from crypto.com and deposit into Coinbase. This is important because picking a slow one will make you wait longer whereas picking a quick one could mean both time and money-saving for this process.

After selecting the coin you want to transfer, we will be faced with all the details of it, especially the address itself. In order to get our address, we will be going to Coinbase before we continue.

Log into your Coinbase account and go to your homepage to start. Click on the “Send/receive” button at the top right corner.

Here you can see both the receive and the send parts in this tab. Click on the “Send” one to see your deposit address and the coin selection.  Click on the coin to pick a different one if you want to. 

Here you can see all the assets Coinbase offers. Pick whichever coin you want. Make sure that it is the same one as crypto.com, including the network both sites use, otherwise, you will lose all of your funds when sending.

After you have picked which coin you want to transfer from crypto.com, you will face both the QR code and the wallet address. Click on the copy button next to the address and you now have the address you need to use on crypto.com. Go back to crypto.com to finish up the last stages.

Now that we have the address from Coinbase, we enter it on the whitelist adding part and see this confirmation page next. If the address is true, click on the confirmation button to add it to your whitelist.

Go back to stage one, and do the same things as you do until the whitelist part of the process. There, instead of adding a new one, just click on the Coinbase address we added earlier. You will be faced with how much you would like to send. Enter the amount and click on the “withdraw” button.

After you have done all of that, you will see the very last confirmation page. All of the information, from the number of tokens to the token name, to the address you are sending, and even the fee will be written here. Read them carefully and double-check the address as well. If all of them look correct then you can transfer the funds by clicking the “Confirm” button for the last time.

You will be shown a screen like this. This means the transfer has begun or at the very least crypto.com has been notified of it. It will take a few minutes before they start the process and soon it will be on its way. Depending on which coin you sent, it will be only a few minutes for it to reach or it could be over an hour as well. Coins like XRP, SOL, and similar fast ones take a few minutes whereas ones like BTC takes a bit longer.
