Citizens Reserve Introduces ‘SUKU’ as Solution to Traditional Supply Chain Complications

Blockchain technology firm, Citizens Reserve has recently revealed an endeavour called, SUKU, which aims to transform existing supply chain management to one that is far more efficient. In particular, the product will be created in a way that targets real life problems like product transparency, efficiency and visibility.

According to the official website, SUKU has been dubbed as a blockchain-based ecosystem that will resolve the aforementioned issues by offering businesses a “supply-chain-as-a-service platform”. Not only will it bring more clarity for businesses, but it will operate in a way that is open, decentralized and a software that every player within a supply chain is accustomed to.

CEO of Citizens Reserve, Eric Piscini, sees that “Almost all enterprises require a supply chain to some extent, but the technology supporting remains expensive, inefficient and fragmented.” Piscini believes that SUKU can “span across industries” which will enhance interaction among trading partners.

Furthermore, part of the reason why such a solution is necessary supposedly stems from the growing number of “recent contentious incidents such as the Chinese pharmaceutical scandals” and to rid an entire chain of such hindrances, Piscini sees it crucial to add “one layer of connection for trading partners to communicate and transact.”

As for the SUKU platform, it supposedly houses several facets including onboarding and profile management, a marketplace, ability to manage and track orders and managing access and permissions. The four facets combined will in return offer details regarding business interests, a buy/sell model that exposes commerce opportunities to the community, a complete breakdown of visibility of purchases, order tracking and inventory count and lastly, trackability.

The platform will also have its own token, which is necessary to access the platform, benefit from technological partners and to help strengthen the SUKU platform.
