CareChain is a collective effort to initiate Blockchain infrastructure and personal data management in the healthcare system.

According to its official website, CareChain believes that when establishing the foundation for a robust, interoperable healthcare system, it’s important to start at the protocol level and create a new infrastructure that no one owns, but everyone can control. CareChain seeks to initiate identity and digital value protocol layers as well as immutable health records that only rightful owners can control.
