His role consists of interaction with the media, popularization of the first decentralized state’s values and principles, and provision of public information for its citizens.

Decenturion was constituted earlier this year and is already integrated by 10 other ministries: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Administrative Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and a legislative body — the General Assembly.

The initiative operates under a decentralized management principle without the requirement of a president or any other main governing body. Mr. Evdokimov has also shared his thoughts on the state’s potential.

“Decenturion has essentially implemented the principle of direct democracy, where each passport holder can propose a legislative document, amend and vote on a bill or on its part. Each vote is counted in our management system and this experience can be implemented in any other state. In addition to the economy that generates huge income for its citizens, we have established a unique system of government. This evoked great interest on the part of other. So, we have a lot of work on the information front, and I am confident that we will do it well.”

Decenturion hosted a special event for members of Blockchain for Impact at the United Nations in June. The conference brought together more than 400 social entrepreneurs and innovators that will help achieve the institution’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Decenturion is the first fully decentralized state in the world, wherein the economy, management, and communications infrastructure are built on the blockchain. Currently, it consists of an economy with the basic instruments of direct democracy. In the long run, it will lead to a new form of socio-legal and economic interaction between people — the first truly democratic system.
