Bitget, a cryptocurrency and Web3 company, and the University College London’s (UCL) Blockchain Society and FinTech society have partnered up to provide students with an in-depth understanding of blockchain technology.

According to the team behind the project, the collaboration plans to use Bitget Academy’s comprehensive resources to deliver a combination of expert lectures, practical knowledge, and interactive sessions on trading blockchains. Notably, the partnership idea was built upon Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and is designed to offer a curriculum beyond traditional theoretical instruction.

Overall, the curriculum will cover four basic areas namely; Blockchain basics, trading fundaments, advanced blockchain subjects and derivatives, and advanced trading. Under Blockchain basics, students will be taught the history, principles,  and decentralized frameworks. Fundamentals learning will be taught in various market navigation and decision-making techniques, while consensus algorithms, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, futures, options, and more will be taught under advanced trading and subjects.

Industry leaders will conduct the lectures with decades of combined experience.
