Bitcoin price to climb to $50,000 this year, says creator of bitcoin trading organization

Despite the recent bloodbath in cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin bull Arthur Hayes said the popular digital coin will reach $50,000 by the end of the year.
BitMEX, or Bitcoin Mercantile Exchange, is the largest cryptocurrency trading platform by volume.
In May, Hayes told CNBC that bitcoin would reach $50,000 by the end of the year.
Last week bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency by market cap, fell below the $6,000 mark.
