If the gift card has been successfully added to an account but not yet redeemed, is it possible that it will be redeemed by those who know the gift card code?Every gift card is unique and can be used only once. When you add the card to your account, you become an owner, and no one else can use it anymore (even if they do have the card code).
Actually, once you add the card to your account, the card code will change entirely. So, whoever has the previous code, can’t use it anymore.
If I receive a gift card but do not want to redeem it, can I send it to someone else?Yes, of course, you can! The first step is to add the card to your account. Once you add it, there is an option to send it to someone else.
What is the difference between the gift card code and the gift card number?The gift card code is the unique code that you need to use in order to redeem the card. You should pay special security attention to the code since if somebody else has it, they can redeem the card.
On the other hand, with the gift card number, you can check the status and the balance of the card. It is fine to share it with another user if they want to check whether the card was redeemed or not.
If I have already added the gift card to my account, do I need to enter the gift card code again to redeem it?No, you don’t enter the code again. You can redeem it directly from your account.
