The resulting demand, especially following the success of the Friend.tech fork on Avalanche, brought AVAX to focus. In the last week alone, the coin is up 32%. It remains within a bullish formation, looking at the candlestick arrangement in the daily chart.

Besides the success of their Friend.tech competitor, Coinbase recently announced plans to incorporate AVAX perpetual futures. This move will significantly boost liquidity and possibly fan demand when the broader crypto market is bullish, expecting more gains.

Presently, AVAX is trading below the psychological $20 mark. Whether bulls will drive prices above this level remains to be seen.
