AmaZix and 0rigin to strategically acquire assets of compliance blockchain WORBLI

WORBLI, a public blockchain for compliance, today announced that the WORBLI Foundation has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) concerning the proposed acquisition of 100% of its assets by AmaZix Capital and 0rigin Ventures (0rigin) in return for ongoing funding and development capital.
