AlterVerse, the virtual-reality gaming multiverse has announced the official integration into the Enjin Blockchain Ecosystem (ENJ), in a move to expand its capabilities. AlterVerse allows users to create a vast alternate universe where they can be creators and bring back an interconnection through decentralized architecture.

The AlterVerse platform becomes one of the growing numbers of gaming ventures joining the bandwagon of adopting Fintech designs using the Enjin Blockchain Network.

In the official tweet through their handle, Enjin brought to light the apparent adoption that could also see further gaming development on AlterVerse.

The integration will see AlterVerse feature everything into the immersive environments with the PvP and PvE action set to become available. A full farming and crafting system will also enable hunting, fishing and full support for the virtual reality world. Still, AlterVerse will be able to allow players, developers, and streamers to monetize their activities using the native game token, Arn.

Additionally, AlterVerse will be in line to integrate the Enjin Multiverse Items from the existing 29 titles presently connecting the Enjin blockchain to its interconnected worlds. The release statement by Enjin reads:

“Players will be able to move between the gaming worlds, using their multiverse items everywhere they go. The form and function of the items will be determined by the game they are in, which means the items may appear differently and provide diverse abilities in every game. However, the items' identity, history, scarcity, provenance, and ownership will be stored forever on the blockchain.”

Apart from integrating the entire Enjin Items list, the announcement also mentions the development of its adventure RPG game called Disruption. The game is the first of the 17 games planned for release in the AlterVerse gaming platform.

Disruption sets the player on an interconnected network of gaming worlds where they can earn, and trade the digital game assets such as character skins, animations, rare collectible, and weapons. In Disruption, players get to experience a virtual reality with four modes inclusive of the Solo Raids, Alliance Raids, Battle Royale and Adventure Quests. With the release, AlterVerse is set to add 5 Home World and Quest Levels that are customizable within the game mechanics.

So far, AlterVerse is not the only gaming platform joining the Enjin ecosystem. Barely a week ago, Titan Flight Studios, a video game development company, also made headlines with its launch on Enjin. Titan's first game, ReBounce, will be on release within Enjin’s ecosystem. The game involves an arcade-style theme where players get to bounce a ball off a wall for as long as possible. ReBounce is available for iOS.

Enjin provides a blockchain-based game development platform with complete flexibility to allow for the creation, integration, and scaling of tokenized game assets.
