On December 26, a crypto exchange OKEx announced the launch of the Ethereum (ETH) perpetual swap. The product was launched at 13:00pm on December 26, 2018 (CET).
The available leverage is up to 40x. Contract face value is $10.
OKEx will use data from Bitstamp, OKEx, Bitfinex, GDAX, and Gemini to determine the price of the ETH perpetual swap.
According to the announcement, OKEx is going to launch the perpetual swaps for LTC, ETC, XRP, BCH, and BSV soon.
The official launch of perpetual swaps on OKEx occurred on December 19. At launch, it supported BTC with a maximum of 100x leverage.
