What Is MaraChain?

MARACHAIN is a digital blockchain platform that seeks to adopt data privacy and protection as its main agenda. Confidential and secure exchange of information is the primary focus of this platform.

MARACHAIN offers an audible, verifiable, and secure peer-to-peer exchange of information based on its secure exchange of digital documentation. This allows transmission of encrypted and secure documentation, thus restricting access to third parties. The platform however, allows the management to access credible transfers. The MARACHAIN project has, within its eco-system, a series of technologies designed to use the blockchain technology.

1. MARACHAIN uses open-source kind of technologies, which improve its storage and design. This has enhanced the platform’s scalability.

2. The platform holds users’ security so dear that any person who is not the addressee or the sender will not access the information. Moreover, even the technical stuff will not have access to the information, thanks to the double AES256 system, which shall compress and encrypt the documents of the users hence maintaining the high level of security.

3. All documents sent are liable to verification and there is no need of signatures or verification codes. It’s possible to know if the document has been to the system before by simply downloading it in the “system area.” At the time of verification, members will be provided with sender name, date, and time stamp. It’s equally possible to conduct “Transmission Certification” in which verification is done even after the deletion of document from the data warehouse.

4. Auditability ensures any authorized person shall have access to the record book. This allows users to know the system use and document transactions in real time. The private nature of data however, will not allow the display of underlying data.

5. KYC verification will allow recipients to receive documents on their registered email addresses only. This verification is compulsory and the system will ask for ID or passport accreditation and photo of the person. The user is therefore able to access credentials upon the completion of the verification.

6.”Reading certification” allows access to each document sent through the system. This allows the sender to know if the document has been delivered, read, or not read by the recipient.
