IOTA Foundation Hires Airbus IoT Expert Anes Hodzic

Anes Hodzic is the latest inductee to the advisory board of the IOTA Foundation. Currently, Anes is the Vice President of Digital Transformation and Internet of Things at Airbus’s Digital Transformation Department. The role entails the formulation o strategies concerning the Internet of Things and subsequently deploying them to all divisions of the larger Airbus group. Also, Anes in the individuals in charge of the implantation of digital transformation in the entire Airbus group.

Hodzic is an alumnus of the Technical University of Berlin, from where he attained both a diploma and a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications. In addition, Anes also holds an executive MBA degree from the UK-based Ash ridge Business School. He began his career at BOSCH, where his exemplary performance earned him a promotion for a research and development intern to a managerial position. After working for BOSCH for several years, Anes moved to Airbus last year.

Anes boats of a vast wealth of experience, having worked in multiple sectors such as the automotive, telecommunications, aerospace, and consumer electronics. Throughout his career, Hodzic has earned plaudits from several quarters, describing him as a dedicated, innovative and focused individual. A testament to this appraisal is the remarkable track record held by Anes. Over his illustrious career, he has overseen the successful completion of several projects, including the development of driverless cars.

According to the IOTA news platform, Anes was enthused by his appointment to the advisory board of the IOTA Foundation. Notably, Hodzic stated that he was excited at the prospect of furthering the IoT ambitions of the IOTA Foundation. In this regard, he revealed that he would leverage disruptive technologies such as AI and Big Data Analytics to achieve this objective.

In response, IOTA’s founder expressed his confidence in the addition of Anes, stating that his experience would significantly contribute to the actualization of their goals.
