DeFi.org in collaboration with Orbs and Polygon has launched a new accelerator program to allow DeFi developers to build applications by leveraging the Layer 2 capabilities of Polygon and the Layer 3 infrastructure of Orbs. The new development will enable DeFi.org to launch the next wave of DeFi innovation.

The only requirement of the accelerator program is that developers will be required to build their applications on the Polygon ecosystem to access the accelerator program. Also, those who choose to use the L3 infrastructure of Orbs will be given priority in the program.

The three Polygon, Orbs, and DeFi.org provide a unique opportunity for developers since they can use the stack to unlock the highest possible potential. Polygon is a blockchain platform that focuses more on the development of DeFi apps and offers access to solutions like sidechains, L2, Hybrid, data availability, and stand-along & enterprise chains. On the other side, Orbs offers features that allow for interoperability with EVM-compatible blockchains.

Benefits of enrolling in the accelerator program

Developers with promising projects will have the opportunity of accessing a multi-dollar TVL liquidity injection. They will also have exposure to funds, exchanges, and DeFi alliance members.

Developers will also have sessions of mentorship from top-notch industry experts.

Thirdly, developers participating in the accelerator program will get a chance to secure funding from venture capitals besides getting a chance to feature on DeFi.org’s website when they launch their projects.

DeFi.org has committed to ensuring that the participants of the program do not face any challenges during the time they will be in the program. It has lopped in mentors from every industry to assist developers in product/user experience, frontend development, community development and marketing, and crypto-economics.
