Crypto Mom предлагает три года «безопасной гавани» для крипто-проектов

Будучи одним из пяти членов Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам, «крипто-мама» Хестер Пирс всегда была сторонником дружественной политики для крипто-пространства. Она считает, что Соединенные Штаты должны способствовать развитию криптовалюты, в противном случае, это грозит потерей своего конкурентного преимущества перед другими юрисдикциями по всему миру.

В одном из интервью Пирс сказала, что действующие в Америке нормативные акты подавляют отечественные инновации в крипто-пространстве.

Для ослабления барьера регулирования для крипто-компаний, она предложила период «безопасной гавани» для криптовалютных проектов. Это позволит разработчикам работать без регулирования в течение трех лет, прежде чем попасть под действие действующего законодательства о ценных бумагах.
